Here is my Third contribution to the #lovefallart Creative Arts Collaboration on YouTube.
I used free digital images from a Thanksgiving Kit from paperglitter.com
Sentiments if you want them
This is just another card I made the other night but took me ages to make as had to stamp and cut all the leaves out!
Hopefully tomorrow I will get my Halloween treat boxes made for my final contribution. Remember search google, twitter and Youtube for #lovefallart Sep 17th through to 20th.
Thanks for taking the time to look and any comments left xx Its much appreciated. Sam xx
Evening all/ or should I say morning it is 3am here - Just realised the time!! Some of the girls at work today were talking about Santa's letters and his magic key you can get and it got me thinking about the reindeer food I had seen people making last year. So tonight I made some:
I have had these snowflake bags for about 2 maybe 3 years in my cake decorating box! I think I got them from DollarTree. I found this cute Free Printable Reindeer Food Label by Anders-Ruff The hanging tag I cut from original in paint - hope this isn't copyright infringement - I'm not selling them tho so hopefully I wont get wrong. The Reindeer food is just Porridge Oats and blue glitter. I think I should of put more glitter in but I didn't have any silver and ran out of blue. Thanks so much to taking the time to view and comment its much appreciated Sam xxx
This first one I used Paper by DCWV Retro Prints I have had this paper since I started card making many many years ago and the pattern on the mug of the image made me dig it out.
The next 2 cards a cards for Darcy and Amelia's Nursery Teachers as they graduate this week as they start Infant School in September. I didnt really have any school paper so I used a mixture of paper and printed digi papers.
Printed Papers: (not sure where I downloaded them from images below - They were free if anyone knows who let me know so I can link back to them) Graph Paper Writing Tablet

Lost my craft mojo and have been busy decorating and dealing with the paperwork for the adoption (which for anyone interested we have decided not to go ahead with it!)
I have been doing alot of reading as well lately sharing a few different books with my mam. So all my spare time I have had my head in the books reading my new fav author Catherine King.
I have had this idea in my head for ages but never got round to making it so tonight I decided to make an effort.
Apologies for the video quality as taken on my mobile.
I took the glass out of a 10x8 (20x25cm) frame and made a scrapbook page for my nan. I tried to stain the wood frame with some wood dye I had from staining the wood floor some years ago but only to find out this is not proper wood LOL!!
I used a selection of old buttons and chipboard clocks, I didn't want to use flowers as this is a masculine page about my Grandad.
Papers used are DCWV and Joanna Sheen and distressed and inked the edges with Tim Holtz Old Paper and Colorbox Chestnut Roan.
Used a chipboard title with a lovely family saying on and some gold photo corners to finish of the photo.
Really hope my nan likes it. I think I will make her another one of my niece so she can put one on either side of her clock on the fireplace.
So I work for HP and there is only me and a few other girls in the office so I thought i would make Calendar/Post-it Note Stands for Andrea, Elizabeth and Tracey.
So one side has the 2011 Calendar on and the other has post-it notes as we always need them at work for taking down case refs or phone numbers :-)
As you can see from the above pic I got a little ink on the calendar so I will have to put a new one on there when I get more - my little brother is going to venture to town tomorrow in the horrible snow for me to get some and more post-it notes.
As per the above picture each one will have the persons inital charm hanging from the ribbon and I will add the calendars and post-it notes tomorrow.
