Good Evening All Just realised in one of my nieces scrapbook I am a year behind!!! So thought I would try and get a bit caught up. I still have Christmas 2012 to scrap in her album but wasn't feeling Christmasy last night so through I'd skip them and scrap her Easter/spring photos.

This is a 12x12 layout and the title is "Nan-Nan" The photo is of Ava my niece and my Nan (who is Ava's Great Nan). These are not A's from the sticker pack as I didn't have enough so I turned some p's into a's and the N's are U's.

Thought I would try and catch up on my baby niece Ava's album this weekend but only managed to get one page done.
I started watching a TV show called Bedlam which is a British Supernatural drama which has got me hooked after just watching a few episodes. Was also baby sitting alot this weekend which has left me needing more time off work lol. 4 days holiday was not enough!
Back to work tomorrow - boohoo!

The christening embelishments were from K&Comany -Child Christening Dimensional Stickers.
The flowers were mixture of Recollection pink Roses, Treasures by Shabby Chic paper pink roses and some rose buds and leaves I got from a local craft store. I also used a paper heart doiley I got from ebay. I randomly dotted a few crystal flat back gems too.
I even raked my old cricut out of the back of the cupboard - I don't use it very much as never had much joy with it as it never seem to cut right for me. I cut the word "christening" and used the negative and backed it on pink card. The individual letters just didnt stand out enough on the English garden paper as it is so busy with pinks and greens.
I am thinking of getting a Shiloutte cutter anyone who has one I'd love your opionion on them.

Paper by My Minds Eye - Magnolia collection
I had made the big carnation flowers with 8 scallop circles. Sprayed with little water and scrunched into balls and left to dry for few mins. Once unraveled I swiped red ink pad over and inked edges. Stack altogether with brad through middle then gather the top layer into bud then one after the other gather all layers around the one before till you get a bud shape. Ink the top and then gently peal petals away till happy with the shape. If you want me to make step-by-step video please let me know if your unsure.
