Sam's Scrapbook Process : Easter

Another process video for you with some freebies to download.

I used 12 x 12white cardstock.

The hexagon pattern paper is cut from a free download on Creativity Prompt

I mixed together the grey and the yellow set and added a few bits and pieces. It came together very quickly once all the paper was stuck down.

Sam's Scrapbook Process : Tea Party

A more recent lot of photos on this one.December gone.

My great auntie Elsie's birthday and we took her out for afternoon tea at Whitworth Hall/Deer park.

I thought I took more photos and there was one of Elsie posing with her cup and pinky up and i accidentally deleted from my camera and cant figure out how to get it back ..boohoo!

Papers are from the RAK i got from Suzie Boo a few weeks back. The papers are gorgeous and I don't have much purple pattern papers and purple is one of my favourite colours ... don't know why I don't buy more.
The Tea cup is a digital image not sure where I ot it from had it for a while.

After watching the video back I think I may have put up the things and re-do the layout. I had the photos in a cluster at one point and the doily was behind the tea cups and I think I like it better like that. pants! just hope I don't rip the paper when pulling off the photos.

Anyway

Sam's Scrapbook Process : Ladies of the Manor

Ok so these photos are like 4 years old. I am so far behind on my own album its shocking.

Having a bit of clear out and found the book I got from Chatsworth House with the cards I bought. and i remembered having the photos and the title just came to me lol
"Ladies of the Manor!"  Me and my Aunt joked about how we would re-decorate if we lived there.

There was lots more photographs taken that day but alot of them were quite dark as it was rainy horrible day and the lighting just wasn't very good that's why I was so glad I bought the greeting card with the Manor on the front.

Paper is ancient and by a company called iNSPIRATIONS.
I just used lots of ods and ends to make little piles of old stamps and vintage lace and pearls. All the the things the Lady of the Manor would have right ... LOL maybe not in this day and age.
The letter stickers I got from my friend Sarah a long time ago and I was hording them but none of my thickers went with this page so I had t break them open.

Another Smash page I made today I drew and painted the girl and the collaged her onto some paper not sure who makes it but the name of the paper is Jubilee Bright Flowers.

I made the below ice cream card for a friend of my brothers who owns an ice cream parlor called

The second card is an Anniversary card for my brother and sister-in-law for June.

Image and stamp are from LOTV

Paper are a digital one which I have had for a while sorry not sure who they are by or where I got them from.

SmashBook Cover and Another Page

Hi All

I have made a Smashbook out of a composition book as I am on a budget at the minute as we are starting to save for our wedding next year.

At the minute I have a mini wooden peg clipped on the top with a piece of note paper with ideas on pages I can do.

Paper used is by Recollections Signature adhesive backed fabric paper.
Alpha stickers are American Crafts Remarks (Beckett and Love Letter)
Ribbon is just some teal silk ribbon.

I thought I would make another page tonight as has a pretty depressing day at work so needing some me crafting time. I don't know about this page I don't think I can pull myself away from normal scrapbooking.

This was from a concert me and Adam went to a week ago. Photo isn't fantastic but I wanted to remember how good our seats were.

I used my concert ticket
Paper is by My&My BIG Ideas - Alison-Crowns scrapbook kit. The skull paper is the only thing punk rock I had and think it goes with blue in the photo and the Smash journal card which is from the entertainment pad.

I also used a piece of mesh and put ink on and stamped it in part of the background to give it a bit more of grunge look.

Hope everyone is well. And cant wait for this nice long weekend for scrapbooking I have a few pages I need to catch up on.

Take Care
Sam xx
